the FIFA online 3 rx3 files from those packs are usually "chunkzip" compressed
do at converter :
OTHER > Decompress

for seeing if a file is compressed :
if u open the file with an hex editor or notepad , first characters of the file :
"chunkzip" = compressed file (chunkzip compression)
"‰RW4xb2" = uncompressed FIFA 11 rx3 file
"RX3l"= uncompressed FIFA 12 or later rx3 file

@tokke001 Is their any possibility you could implement a "neck fix" for heads converted from FIFA 14 to FIFA 16? It would be a huge help. The necks are too large most of the time for FIFA 16 body models.

And i want to ask more is how to extract faces in FIFA Online 4. I used FO4 FileExportTool to extract data_graphic3.big file but I can't extract .rx3 files with FIFA Converter because of it error again. I also downloaded the file containing the faces in FO4 that you extracted but it was missing the Vietnamese player faces I needed.

i added the Dmitri faces (to the lists),
if u like more: latest FIFA 21 switch v1.04 has more new generic head & hair types !

i use female hair option for female player in cm15 v21
but everytimes i save cm15 wihtout or with regen bh and run the game
edited women hair it rollback to random men hair like this
