u need rename it
* best use an hex-editor or notepad to see what type of file it is
* the file-order may give help : files are stored alphabetic in a .big file
* file size may give help

The faces are in FIFA 14 texture format. I am looking for the ones in FIFA 11 format corresponding to the 14/15 season if it is possible.

Yeah exactly. I was able to download "[링크2] FO2B unpacked Bigs 170429" which are in in FIFA 11 format, but for some odd reason I can't convert the heads to FIFA 11.
with my converter it should be possible :
at MODELS > Convert :
* from : "FIFA Online 3 (New engine)"
* to : "FIFA 11 (Pc)"
at MODELS > Convert :
* from : "FIFA Online 3 (New engine)"
* to : "FIFA 11 (Pc)"
It fails only with certain heads, like Ronaldo's head 20801. I get "Object variable or With block variable not set error"
you need to decompress the file first :
the FIFA online 3 rx3 files from those packs are usually "chunkzip" compressed
do at converter :
OTHER > Decompress
for seeing if a file is compressed :
if u open the file with an hex editor or notepad , first characters of the file :
"chunkzip" = compressed file (chunkzip compression)
"‰RW4xb2" = uncompressed FIFA 11 rx3 file
"RX3l"= uncompressed FIFA 12 or later rx3 file
