Programming with C++

First things first, click here to see wat i have to do.

After you have read it, i need to kno how i can get the program to ONLY accept dollars, 25 cents,10 cents and five cent pieces.
Also i need to kno how to get it to output the change in terms of
X dollars , Y Quarters, Z ten cents, etc.

Any help is much appreciated
