I am having problems with Iván De la Peña at he moment.Although my Ipswich team is surviving.He is not really justifying his starting berth at AMC.Nothing spectacular for while then he is amazing.His average is around 6.70>6.90.It is not to say that he does not have any talent around him.Here is my lineup.

Make sure you have his personal tactics right for his abilities. Also if he is a new signing give him time to fit in.

Nope he is not a new signing.I brought him in on a free transfer at the start of the game last year when I was in First Division.He was spectacular at the start of the Premiership and his average came up to around 7.20,I was so happy and then injury stcruct and everything changed.

Mentality---- Defensive
Try Through Balls

It is a 4~1~3~2 tactic.

As an attacking midfielder you might change his mentality to attacking

 

[TOON ARMY]

Change his mentality to attacking, select the attacking runs and run with the ball and if he's any good at longshots have him try more longshots.

I thought having it at defensive was abit dodgy.Just came fourth in first season of the premiership.

If I can read it well I see he has stats like Kapo which means he's almost an forward. I would indeed change his mentality and also select free role and forward runs as he's good in dribbling if I see that correctly

He's a great player.His performances have not been so good so far but he's new to the team and to England and you know how south americans find it hard to adapt to England.So i'll give him some time to settle in.

Man I am just saying but Ivan Alonso is the shiznic.Bought him for 5 000 000 from Alaves.This is guy is so great.He is having no problems in the premiership or in England.He learnt the whole english language in three months.ON cm that is amazing.Hes scoring for fun.While Darren Bent seems to have problems scoring when Alonso gets the chances he puts them away.Now worth 15 000 000 and He has Ipswich as his favourite club so its alll good.
