Problem with signing some players

Can't sign Nacer Barazite and Brek Shea in FIFA 12 manager mode ( latest updates ).
For Barazite, the reason is they sign him and this reason is even in 2nd season + they don't even loan him out.
Brek Shea's reason is simple, FC Dallas don't have enough players in his position.
How can I sign these two talents?

Why are so many AS Monaco players just gone from winter update?
Chris Malonga Ntsayi, Nampalys Mendy, Dennis Appiah, Romain Padovani, Stéphane Dumont, Olivier Ferblantier - all of them are gone from update!!!
WHY?

Now I know what to do, I just start new manager mode, with Monaco, no updates and I can buy Barazite!
