Problem with editing/creating new players

Hallo everyone!

i created a new team with 22 players.
for each player i set all the attributes and the player's appearence.
but ingame, this is what i got for some players:


as you can see, there is a dark shadow insted of a player picture.
i set this:
facetypeid:21 | haircolorid:1 | hairtypeid:14 | facialhairstyleid:5 |

if anyone knows whats the problem, please let me know...

That's what has happened for both of the players that I've created. Don't know if it's just the specific combination that's the problem or they just don't produce the mini pic for created players.

It's easy, there are no mini pics for all combinations of hair, head and facial. That's why not all those pics will show up.
