Problem with ATI RADEOn card

I installed Fifi2006 and fifawc2006, so when i play i have problem with graphic, its not clear and very slow. My graphic card is ATI RADEON x300, i installed the new driver from ATI website but it still can solve my problem, anyone, who know how to fix this problem , plz help me ! thank u so much !

P/s: sorry , english is not my mother language !
