Problem Importing CMP File?

Hello,

I have an old database with some old teams. I wanted to get some teams from that db and import them to a new one. I created the cmp file using CM15, exported, then imported the cmp into my current db. Unfortunately, the player has no names in game. Everything was imported correctly, team name, logo, assigned balls, etc. Actually the teams works perfectly, but the players has no name in game. In CM15 the players have names so I have no idea how to make the names visible in game. Any ideas?

How many teams did you import? If the names shows is CM and not in the game, you probably reach the number of playernames allowed in the playernames table. Open the db in DBMaster and transfers the playernames starting with line 28999 to the table dcplayernames. The easy way to do this is to export the 2 tables i mentioned above and process them in notepad or better in excell and after you done that, you have to import it back in DBMaster!!!

I have one question, if I delete some free agent players, does it make some free space in playernames db? I actually tried to delete some, and the records seems to be remaining in playernames. If so, how to make some space once we reach the limit of 32767 including dcplayernames?

@moschino Better to ask harrybulzak, i think him got a way to past the limitation of 32767 lines in playernames. Another way its to complicate to explain in few words!!!
