problem changing squad formation

I start my fifa, then i go to the squad menu but when y click the arrow to change the formation (for example a 4-4-2 to a4-3-3) the game suddenly crashes bak to windows, anybody knows why does this happens???

i have no patches installed in fact i have uninstalled the game and re-installed it like three times and it still doesnt work
