Premier Manager 08, how to upgrade stadium?

How do I upgrade the stadium in Premier Manager 08??

The stadium has a lvl which in my case is lvl 2 but I cant see any where at all to upgrade it. Do I have to wait till I am more experienced or have more cash?

Please help!! Thanks :)
