please help me with ultima 2003

I installed ultima 2003 and everthying is fine but the new player faces don't come out, they come out with variations like hairstyles and things like that but theyre faces are like the repetitive ones (the faces of the players that did not get their real faces in the game, the ones most players have in the game)

Whats happening?

can u tell me how to solve this problem,
the patch is great but i really want the new faces.

hmmm... very weird.
check if you see the team's big flags in the game,
if so, re-install the patch.
(no need to uninstall the game, just run the ULTIMA installation again)

sure there are some obviouse stuff which I'm sure you made, but anyway:
1. your WC2002 game should be installed on Custom mode.

2. when installing the ULTIMA 2003, you'll get to a screen
where a box which says "launch ULTIMA 2003" is marked,
do not un-mark it, and press next.
