hi ... fifa06 don't work in my computer ... I run the game but after a black screen game return to windows ... I didn't install any patch or program ... my configuraiton : P4 3.2 GHZ 64 bit ; 1 GB DDR2 RAM , GeForce 6800 GT PCI-E 256 MB GDDR3 and ASUS P5AD2-E Premium board and on board 7+1 sound ... can someonu help me ... sorry for bad english ...

yeah i have the same problem with bf2 demo, i think you need a new graphics card, my fifa runs a bit wierd too, the players dont have the proper textures in close up shots, they are jsut black

thanks but ... come on man are you kidding ... new graphic card ... I'm talking about GeForce 6800 GT PCI-E ... if Fifa don't run with it ; oh ; I don't interest fifa ... I'm the PES fan and I'm waiting for PES 5 ... just curosity for Fifa06 ... now I know ; PES is the best ever ... thanks again ...

Download the lastest drivers... if don't work i don't know but it's not a FIFA problem, i have an ATI Radeon 9700 and game works perfectly.

I have the Geforce 6200,and it run's smooth with 77.77 driver so i can't in my wildest dreams think that it's the graphic card that's the prob!

I cant believe it's your gfx card.

I have an FX 5200 in an athlon XP24000 w/ 512MB and the demo runs perfectly for me.

Try playing around with your drivers. If you have older drivers, update ot the latest. If you have the newest ones already, roll back to a more stable previous version.

My friend has the same card as you and has exactly the same problem. We tried everything to get it to work, but we couldn't find a solution. We both think that the demo doesn't support the graphics card, but the full game will, so I guess you will have to wait until the full version gets released...sorry :(

not working ... ı've downloaded 77.77 drivers but not working again ... I've overclocked my gfx card to Quadro (software) ; maybe this is the problem ... anyway ; thanks everybody ... now I don't want to play fifa ... I'm waiting PES 5 ...

try to do this.

1) Unistall the game
2) Run the unzip crap again. However, this time press quit when the intallation windows appear
3)Extract the ocompressed.zip file in that same directory
4) Run the game
5)Also, try using the quick match option in the demo expander created by breamster

I had the same problem. After i did that, sometimes fifa works, and sometimes it doesn't. Its very random. I had tryied everything already, i cant explain why that happens.
