Players .str and how to open it?

Anybody know how to open the file players.str which in older FIfa games was where the player commentary existed.

Once open how can you listen to or export the individual chunks relating to each player?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd like to know how to do this also. The files in my FIFA98 are .pbk, which seems to be some to do with remote dialing, which is nonsense.

Did you mean the tool, FCDB XP? I know it can import or export commentaries of any player name. BTW, its exported output is a EA ASF file. However this tool can only be applied to FIFA 2002 or WC2002.
