players don't stick to assigned training schedules....

I've been playing FM for about a week now and my main gripe is that my players don't stick to the training schedules I assign them to.

This is my 1st season (ManUtd), and I've assigned the players to the appropriate 'attacking', 'midfielders' , etc schedules and i click on 'confirm'....... yet when I go back a day or two later they've all been returned to either the 'first team' or 'resting' schedules!!

This is getting annoying as the lack of specialized training is affecting the player performances in matches.

Can anyone help me out pls?

Maybe you have appointed your assistant manager to control the trainging?

yeh that happened to me and it was really annoying. in the end i found out it was because the assisstant was doing the training

It happened to me aswell, now i see what's the problem!
