Players becoming coaches

do their staff attributes improve over time? Sorin Ghionea from Steaua already had a coach profile at the beginning of the game, even though he was 27 when it started, so I gave him a contract as a player/coach. Now he's 30 and I wanna know if his stats improved whatsoever, can't be arsed to note them down in order to observe them. :$

edit: available for the normal coaches also, the young ones. do they improve?

Depends on their potential abililty, compared to their current ability..So every case would be different..

I think the question is IF there is potential ability, does current ability increase? And i'll have to asnwer... through experience, no. At least I havent noticed anything like that.

Nah, I think as long as they are not at their potential ability, (ie. CA is lower) they WILL indeed improve..

I used FmGenie to open the save file. According to it, staff have current as well as a potential ability. Going by the stats given, i think it's safe to assume that there is a possibility of ratings changing over a certain time period.
