Player Commentary

Hello.
Is there a way to assign commentary names to a player using RDBM 23, live editor or even cheat engine?
because I have created a team and I wanted to add the commentary names to the new players.
When I try to do it in-game the game crashes

You need to find a table that is called playernames in the database. You can do it with the fifa editor tool in legacy explorer. In that table you will see different player names and their ids. If I'm not mistaken only names that have commentary id different from 900000 are called by commentators. You need to set lastnameid in players table of your squad fie, to nameid from playernames table, and it should work.

Dear Mabom! could you tell us how do you change the commentary? I mean how do you find into the sound files id, there is a lot of numbers and files... and then how do you linked with the tables, it could help a lot to this community

I just followed what rhapsoad told me to do.
I never found any sound files and I don't know how to find them. I just looked at the names table and chose the ones with commentaryid different than 900000 and it worked.
open fifa editor tool then go to legacy explorer then data/db after that you have to open fifa_ng_db and you going to look for playernames table, now on RDBM 23 you have to go to the players table then you have to put that nameid on the commonnameid on the player you want the commentary

Hello all together
for me it doesn't work. I'll try to give Pelé (Soccer Aid) another Nameid (commonnameid and playerjeserynameid) for example 10177 (Fernandez) but in Game the commentator calls him always "Pelé"....so I have to say it's the german commentator.

I have never tried to change the commentator name from player that already have one, the only thing I have done was to put on player that I created.
So I am not sure if this type of players was the the name is associated to the playerid.

from my experience and from what rhapsoad said in this image the commentator will call only the Fernandez name as the commentaryid is different of 900000 and I have put the name id in the lastnameid and commonnameid and it worked on new players

Actually, I would rather remove the names of the players, so that the commentator just doesn't mention their names anymore or they are shown with names as statistics at the beginning of the game. For example, if I set all Lewandowski's name IDs to 0, he will still be mentioned by name in his goals or actions. It's different with players who don't have a commentator name, there the commentator always talks about "him".

So my observations are that many players have a commentary name even though neither their names are in the commentaryname table, nor their commentaryname id is other than 900000.
