I have same problem like mike1422, in other circunstances when you check the calendar for example, in some cases the teams only show their names, in some cases the teams show their logos (it should be like this). nt89 told me in evoweb forum he could upload a file to import in 0_text to change this (logos instead of team names) I think this should be a great idea.

2) to mike: exactly what nt89 told...davids and kehl have their faces assigned on map.txt, but the faces are missed in face folder, so you have 2 choices: you can download their faces and put them in face folder, or you can put the "#" behind the proper lines in map.txt, making a search of both players (this is what I did)
3) Please nt89 you should release a fix for this, the game looks "ugly" with the team names instead of logos

if you allow me nt89, you should review the stats of some players, specially in LFP.

For example, Sergio Ramos is best than Gago and Higuain, this is not true. Real Madrid has 2 goalkeepers, but Atletico Madrid has 6 !! this patch was posted in some spanish forums, you can contact people from there to "tweak" the of if you want, or you can review it with your of team, your choice, but it would be great if you could do it.

Brilliant Patch

This is a superb patch. A true stroke of genius. I personally love the new gameplay, much smoother and free flowing than the original. Thanks to all in the team.

Bugs so far:

1) Commentary (as mentioned before). If you can produce a patch for the commentary that would be perfect. The stock commentary is crap.

2) England chants sometimes in club competitions, eg. Chelsea vs Barcelona.

3) Crowd Emblems/flags are faded out.

4) No chants for the hometeam. I was playing Premiership, as Liverpool vs Watford, but didn't any chants for Liverpool.

Best patch !

For the faces, according to me, there are some mistakes, like the Maldini, Nesta ... faces who are the original ones. And also no Aliadière face.

But there are just some details ... thank you for this great patch

And also : if you could create the young Arsenal defender, his name is Armand Traoré, he plays to the left as a Clicht, a Grosso etc ... you could find informations about this player Here, he played two matches in Carling Cup and looks very good ... maybe you could create him on Garry, who didn't play ( and who will not play ) any match this season .

YOU BETTER DOWNLOAD THIS AND INSTALL IT OR I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND KILL YOU.

This match is un****inbelievable. Not only are the graphics improved, so is the sound in game with the chants, the music but the gameplay is also much improved. It felt like a totalyl new game to me. This should now be called PES7 honestly. Wow. I'm mesmerized.

commentary will work again if u backup the superpatch OF and allow the game to generate another one... u just loose all the tweaks and stuff from superpatch OF

fixed the commentary.... All you need to do is go into options... PES data control... Option file... and re-load the option file.. I havn't edited anything from the default SP option file so all is good... I did notice that I had to re-load the option file everytime I booted up the game again

Am I installing the patch correctly?

1) Extract part 1-2-3 into one folder
2) Extract part 4-5 into one folder
3) Open Part 1with winrar. There is a Superpatch_dat.dkz file, which I open with DKZ studio and a Kitserver folder which I extract to the C:/konami/pes6.
4) After patching using DKZ studio, it says finished patching. But how about the other files i.e. part 2,3,4,5??
5) Also I get a PES6 icon on my desktop, but when I double click it says AFS file not found.

Any help will be much appreciated.

dude, you should try this:

when you unpack part 1 to 5 into same folder, you should have kitserver folder, PES6.exe, option file and superpatch_dat.dkz file. First of all, replace the of with the superpatch of, then make sure you have the original .afs of the game (0_sound, 0_text, e_sound and e_text), if don't, copy the files from your PES6 DVD and overwrite the existing ones.
Copy the entire kitserver folder into your PES 6 folder, if you already have kitserver folder, rename it to kitserver.old for example (in case you want to rollback to your previous or patched version of the game).
the last step, apply the superpatch_dat.dkz patch with dkz studio, when the process is over, if you still have the message "AFS file not found", it means that you installed the game in other language than english, for example, german, spanish, italian. In my case, I installed the game in spanish lang, but I installed in english too (for cases like this), so you can rename every actual afs file, for example 0_sound.afs.sp, same with the others, uninstall the game and reinstall it, and remember the english language.

I think this should fix your problem dude.

Perhaps some of u jarheads don't get it. File is corrupt which happens to be part 1. Without part one unable to be extracted from da zip to a folder the other parts will not work. I have downloaded about 3 times but part one will not extract to a folder due to CORRUPTION. All i need is part 1 Capitch????

perhaps YOU ARE the problem, a lot of people had already downloaded the parts and nobody reported problems, I am sure there is something wron with your download, are you using a download manager ?? if yes, please don't use it, you put ALL the parts (1 to 5) in the same folder right ?? then when you go to extract the files inside the parts, you are using winzip or winrar, maybe an old version ?

DUDE look a page 2 & 3 others have da same problem DUH!!. Winrar 3.62 & powerachive 9.64.02. Same folder all files. I already extrated 2,3,4,5. No download manager Filefront does not allow it. Git yo info straight.
