PES4 Option File Editor not working nemore...

I recentl have experienced some troubel with my PES4 Option file editor version 1.1-when i click on the .exe the splash comes up but then nothing..its still there in teh background (.exe) but nothign works. I'd really try to get this goin soon so if neone possible has the older version or a link to them that'd be great, i'd like to restart my Masterleague with a new method ASAP. Thanks!
