PES3 UK release date changed?

I've just read an article on PES3 at on playstation.com:

notice the release date?

When I saw that I had a quick check at Game's online store in an attempt to validate the new date and the date has changed. Game originally had the relsease date as the 31st Oct, now it says the 17th Oct, the same as the official PS site!!!

Yup, 17th appears to be the date - i've seen it from several sources now. PC release date exactly a month later aswell - 17th November.

I've also heard rumours that PES3 along with Fifa 2004 are going to be brought foward to the 10th of October.

Thats only 16 days away!!!

Of course, the really brilliant thing would be for Konami to suddenly announce WE7:I for NA also will be released in October, rather than next February.

Konami would send shivers up EA's spine and hit them on two fronts at the same time: NA and Europe, which is what they need to do anyway.

Now that would be some real news.

Indeed, everyone here will have the game in a couple of weeks and we'll have to wait 6 months, oh how painful that's gonna be.

dude, you dont have to wait.
when pes3 comes out, you just have to download it and then burn it into a cd/cds.
and then, of course, you should buy the original copy of WE7: I when it comes out

they did it deliberately.....i talked to a shop owner.....konami want people to buy their game first before fifa comes out....so people wont bother spendin money on another football game...that way fifa sales will drop..........lmao.............october 17th official....

according to about 4 games shops near me, play.com it is 17th October 2003 .
