Worse: Graphics.

Don't you think so? It's terrific if you set rainy match. I still remember PES2008's rainy match looked so cool.

Maybe, PES2009's graphics is reduced for better online games ? and, for more computers (including lower-end computers, of course) to play.

How to say, hmm, my feeling is just half happy, half disappointed.

When will PES release a version which satisfy 100% fans' expectation and the latter version will always be a completely improvement (incldg both gameplay and graphical) than the last one ?

From what i played in the demo the graphics are almost identical, with some improvement in the 2009 version.....the aesthetic disappointment for me is that the animations are still choppy and those ridiculous shorts!

that rainy mode is the best ever in a soccer game and you think it is bad.

the graphics are way better than 2008 with better lighting effects, shorts that wrinkle when you move, the brilliant faces and much smoother animations.

you either have a crappy computer or you need glasses.

Who says the rainy mode of pes2009 is the best ever ? Could you post an image of it and compare with the one in PES2008.

Hmm, I can play pes2009 smoothly at highest settings (except for resolution only) and saw that the rainy mode is too dark.

For the players' model, hmm, they're actually wearing ridiculous shorts, haha. Maybe we need some mod for them.
