PES Kit Conversation For Fifa

Hi guys,
I hope you don't mind me starting a thread on here but wasn't sure where else to ask. Im playing PES 2018 on my ps4 and playing Fifa 07 on my pc. I was wondering if there is a way to convert kits from pes to fifa as I want to use my own team's kits?
