PES 2008 on next gen 360 & PS3 looks like a PS2 game, still. They don't offer much improvements, still have horrid audio, horrid gfx, krap presentation, etc. They don't need to work hard because they know with a couple tweaks, the PES fanboys will be happy. They're not stupid. My favorite footy game was WE9 (PES4 I believe?) but they have dropped the ball. Since playing next gen fifa I never looked back. PES looks like they are robots marching w/ choppy animations. Fifa 2008 is smooth as butter + 5 a side online play (you control 1 player only, sweet) and Fifas goal for 2010 is to have the best 11 players from each country and have a virtual wc (each player will control 1 ingame player). Now that's sick. What does Konami plan to do? Fix their krap menus?, get rid of the g@y celebrations? or just include a new stadium? Doesn't matter. PES can have the same game for 10 years and zombies will still praise it. Lets demand more guys!

Don't make the mistake of confusing PC & PS2 Fifa 2008 w/ the 360 & PS3 FIFA 2008! It will own in all respects. PES = same game, year after year after year except that this year on the 360 they don't run like choppy robotic muppets. Still krappy everything except decent gameplay

I then waited until 2 of my friends dropped to my place and showed them the videos, they were amazed by how a company like Konami is going the wrong way and completely ignoring what people at this time, in this world need!
That was all good, until I saw what struck me! People are f%$king loving the videos!!! I was reading comments here and there and everywhere on the net, "love it", "can't wait for it", and stuff like this.
Are you PES people out of your minds? Did you even give a chance to FIFA 07 on the Xbox 360 as it being the new comer?
I can now confirm that people who hate FIFA on next-gen are just fans of PES who are scared of the new era in football gaming, scared to lose all their 5+ years of pride in mastering the robotic game of PES, scared that one day they might not be able to win every single game against some of their friends.
And after FIFA 07, comes FIFA 08 and they are still scared! haha... At least I played PES for more than 5 years, and now I totally shift, waiting for Konami to respect us and do something up to the level of modern world; But are you PES lovers (until now!) ready to do a shift for at least a month without nagging about it and just trying the FIFA game honestly with no any foolish intentions? I guess you are scared... huh

Ok guys , as always the critics will speak , when the games will released in the market (i mean οbjective reviews- no ign fun boys). And after all is the gamer who choose, if you like the game you can buy it, if you dont, then no problem.
For me PES is game always hated (is unrealistic), especially PES3...
