PES 4 Wishes ...

My wishes from PES 4 are :

- More boots
- Referees in the game
- Leagues (no master league , real competitons)
- More cinematics (substutions , extra times etc...)
- More accessoires for players (short socks , rings , ear-rings etc...)

Iknow there is a button you can hit after your passed the ball to make you run forward ..

But what I'd like to see in PES4 is a button that can make players go off in runs in front or wide of you up the wing

there was a button on that when pressed made players go on off the ball runs.

EDIT: A Hypothetical World Cup, like from Fans' Corner on The World Game: Brazil 70' vs Belgium 86', you can have all sorts of fantasy matches. It won't happen, but it'd be cool...

ML is a good feature. There is no need to remove it.
Actually, there should be a choice – what team would u to pick up.
Also, some tweaks should be added to editor. Now I can’t change the nationality of the club players. I’d like to see adjustable referee, he is too much picky.
Of course, online! And speed slider.

I don't care about boots, earrings (!) and all that other crap...and please don't ruin it by adding off the ball control, because the player with the ball ie. you, cannot have a telepathic link to his teammates, smarter runs are welcome though

I'd first like to say, the core of the game is great, they need to build on top of this magnificent engine !

I want them to tweak GAMEPLAY ! Make it more realistic, tweak the physics, make a better build up game, get rid of the locked runs that they do sometimes, improve the heading syste, make players more versatile (the way the cross, shoot, keepers save etc.) and make more distinction between the teams featured (Chelsea as opposed to Man United in terms of style and fight)...

Penalties need to be a little reworked, some new animations and new features like shirt pulling, elbowing, the attacking player using his arms more goalmouth scrambles.

Low crosses need to be improved, I wanna see hard low crosses that don't float or go to slowly...

Next some licences would be good, more real shirts and an editor where we can import little images and fonts and create sponsors on the shirts, more editable shirts as well so you can create 99% perfect kits IN GAME.

earrings, tounge rings, new gel, golden teeth, colourful boots etc. are on the bottom of my priorities, waaaay at the bottom. I'm sure most WE fans aren't interested in the eye candy too much, gameplay baby gameplay !!

Im with theCro. Im surprised that boots is on top of some peoples list - as if you pause the game every 2 minutes to take a look at how beautiful your opposing teams boots look. That eyecandy stuff is for patchmakers really.

Konami should rather still to further improving gameplay + fixing some of the small annoying bugs + program the online play part.

Small thing - in Master Leeague it would be nice if instead of PES points, you had real money. Players values refelected their real life values, and you paid them salaries as they would get in real life. This would add greatly to the realism i think - it all feels so fake at the moment, with transfer and salary points which really mean nothing. Would make it fun trying to get the really expensive players. Transfer system as a whole could be done with some tweaking i think, and real money feature could be a nice touch.

I wanna be able to adjust the camera more to my liking (zoom & height sliders). I'm quite disappointed it's not in the game and apparently not possible to patch.

I would also like more teams and leagues, so it would be possible to have an even deeper and more engaging master league, even though I'm already satisfied with the one in PES3. It would be nice if they would build more on the managerial aspect of the Master League. For example, your income would not depend on games won or lost, but on ticket sales, TV & ad income, merchandise, etc. According to your results and media-appeal in terms of playing style and popularity of players, your income would vary from week to week.

Further more, I just want them to spend their energy at tweaking AI and player animations. That, in my opinion is the core of the program, and the majority of the resources should be allocated to that. Let's just hope they never make the FIFA-mistake of overhauling the user interface, just to have a initial new feel to the game, just to be disappointed when you start noticing the limitations the next day.


Finally, do something about the crummy commentary. As a simple solution, I would like to propose an option where they would just name players and further only have very generic comments (for throw-ins, goals, free kicks, etc) . I'm starting to get really annoyed with comments stating that my team is the better team thoughout the whole game, when one minute before they were saying the opposite.

Absolutely not important: kits, boots, balls, etc., since they are gonna be patched anyway.

One thing that annoys me quite a bit is that in (especially 3* and up) when crossing the ball (even if it's not really near the opposition goal) the opposition player always goes up for the header. Now this doesn't happen that often in real. Often the defender will let you take the ball from a cross and try to defend on the ground, if you know what I mean.

Also more smooth animation for players, especially when passing. When passing the ball (even when sprinting) the player always seems to stop shortly after the ball has been past, you should be able to follow through with your run enabling you to also pass the ball ahead for yourself to run on to.

Also adding more leagues and cups and obviously more licenses.
Ball physics would be nice if some of it would be fixed, especially getting rid of the floating crosses and of course, online play!

I didn't know that, since I'm no patchmaker or in any way interested in the cosmetics of the game. But for the ones with a different opinion: Boots all around in PES4!!!!!

Doesn't L1+pass achieve the first point?
You can pass the ball ahead to run on to either with a light manual pass or with X pass if there are no teamates in the direction ahead.

Man, that's what happens when a bunch of new people comes in, and stars acting like they didn't know WE/PES is all about the gameplay.

You're right, they should concentrate on tweaking the gameplay not the other shlt.

More ******* boots and accesories and no gameplay tweaks?

in konami we trust
i thougth that we6 was perfect and i was really ceptic when konami anonced changes in gameplay of we7, so the results are that we7 its mutch better in terms of gameplay so lets trust konami i´m sure they will make tweaks in we8 gameplay and graphics.
