PES 2008 PC... way too fast

do you have any idea how to change the refresh rate? at 60hz i get this tedious moving lines, like distortion in the middle of the screen which is driving me insane

Click on Start, click on Control panel, click on Display, Click on Settings Tab at top. Click on Advanced tab on bottom, Click on Monitor tab at top. Select Refresh rate.

I have Acer 19" TFT. If I disable frame skipping, the game will run too slowly. So it has to be enabled. I have V-sync enabled and refresh rate is 60 Hz. The players still run too fast. Does my resolution affect to the speed? I use 800x600.

Just tried everything.
Turnin' on and off v-sync with/without 60 hz.
enable-disable frame skipping with variations.
Used kitserver,lodmixer with different resolutions and detail levels.
No.
Game is just too fast,can't solve it.

Did you try enabling v-sync in your graphics card settings? Give that a try if you haven't already.

Thank me for mistakenly stumbling to this soln. u wouldnt believe it. i just finished playing crysis, which i installed the 360 controller for, and boom when i played pes 08 my game play was normal hehehehehehe.

Can anyone confirm is the gameplay same like on PC also on Xbox 360? I want to know as I'm going to buy it for 360.
