PES 2008 facial importing - help!

Yo dudes, I just got PES 2008 on PS3 today (it's amazing!), and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to scan in images to the game. Well, I know where you scan them in (edit mode), but it's just getting it working! I managed to get a picture off a digital camera on to my PS3 hardrive, but I can't actually get it on the game! When I select "scan" it doesn't retrieve them!

Anyone know how to scan in the images? Will I need any specific software?
