EA are very lazy.
They have Real Madrid as a partner and can not scan the players' faces as
Asensio, Ceballos or Theo Hernandez. But they can call Real Madrid players to be in their commercials gameplay video...

As for face requests, I'd like some recommendations for conversions
Guidelines:
Player cannot have generic face in FIFA 18
I can't change players' hair
Must have good face in PES 2018/17

you can use photoshop to view and edit the dds files with plugin. you only can view or convert rx3 to dds with fifa file explore 14, can't open the dds file with this program
