Megafacepack, yes.
Tattoos, no. Tattoos require a modified squad file.

Gotta use the squad file or edit your own squad file using the method I linked

Definitely, I've been experimenting with his hair for a while.
Converting his PES 2018 texture should be straightforward.

I incorporated the texture into one of the releases. I still have that version if you're interested though, pm me.
