Ive noticed that palyers miss penalties a bit more often

what gets me is when keepers actually catch a penalty shot. I cant remember that ever happening.

Too be honest, not even the Dutch () are thát bad at penalties.

It's a penalty shootout. One player missing a penalty for each team in first 5 shoots it's not so strange. I think it's very realistic.

I agree that goalkeepers have improved their level.

I think you're looking at the wrong pic. Only one player from the first 5 from each team scored their penalty in the one we're talking about...
