PC FIFA12 keyboard mapping???

Hello, fellas.

I'm PES user, but I learn from a mate of mine, that this year's FIFA (2012) it will be superb in PC, as it was so far in the consoles. So, I thought to give a try.

Unfortunatelly, I never used gamepad/joystick for ANY KIND of game, including football games - I'm playing PES only with keyboard. So, I tried to map my favorite keys for shooting/passing/running... etc and I found it impossible!
First of all, can somebody write me the DEFAULT keys for EVERY action in the game (including menus, but of course I'm interesting for the gameplay)?
And then, can someone tell me how can I change the keys?

For example, in PES, I'm using the follow mapping:

Shoot=D ( X )
Short pass=S ( A )
Long ball=A ( B )
Through ball=F ( Y )
Player change=Q ( LB )
Run boost=W ( RB )
Tricks with ball=SHIFT ( RT )

I use the same keys on the keyboard for PES and FIFA and it works fine.
for the FIFA demo when you get to the menu before you start the match, go to controller, you can use your touch pad to click the RT button on the screen, because for me the assigned keys for the RT, LT, LB and RB do not work in the menu, so use the touch pad. you can use 'enter' to highlight the button you want to reassign and press the key...
