PC DEMO first impressions

Can someone confirm this is the demo shown in Germany and not the one from Tokyo please? There were supposed to be lots of improvements so if we have the older demo we may be surprised with the full version.

i'm running windows xp x64 and i get an installation error, even when running the exe in compatibility mode for XP. it just won't work on x64? anyone have any luck or workaround to get it to install on windows xp x64?

Hey, it's working for me now. I installed it from another computer. The game works great so it's just the installing that sucks.

If we can't install the full version then I'll be pretty pisse*. It's waste of time to install it from another computer.

-AMD Ahtlon 3000 @ 1.8 Ghz
-768 Ram
-Ati Radeon 9550 V-Guru

In 800x600 and Medium , i get 45-60 fps... so its not that bad,
but i cant use High Settings, cause it says my graphics card is too poor.

If I buy a new graphics card... will i be able to get a good 60 fps all the time??
(in 800x600 or 1024x768 in High Settings) with my processor and ram ???

yeah you probably could play it smooth with a new graphics card. anything around x1950pro or 7900 should fit.

The gameplay is different compared to previous pes but I found out lots more improvements such as better trhough pass and accurate passing. Speed is bit to high but this is just demo so i don't really care about that. I believe this version was made for Xbox 360 and converted for PC.. so enough elements will be tweaked.

Not truth, the game is made on pc and then porting on consoles...

For play at right feeling (60fps) you must go on SETTING.exe and deselect
the Skipping frame option, to see if your hardware support the full framerate...

If you play, with the FRAME SKIP option, the game speed could be too high...

Guys i have a weird problem
when i run the demo with wait for vsync option with frame skipper and
High with 1280*1024
the game runs extremely fast as a double speed
when i disable it the game runs fine at 60 FPS all the time but still i feel its
a little bit slower than usual playing like on PES6
I have 2G ram, X1950xt

I havent tested the demo since there is no support to 1680x1050. Any other resolution make the games looks crap on my lcd.

the kick-off scene with the teams entering the field and all only works if you play brazil with argentina

I havent tested the demo since there is no support to 1680x1050. Any other resolution make the games looks crap on my lcd.

Hope both of you guys' PCs can still run with the resolution. Though, I know mine can, just wait for the retail one to be able to tell for sure.

I can only play at 640x480 and 720x480 low

graphics are nice, but players seem like they are skating on ice or something. pretty dissapointing. fifa on pc sucks ass, pes not that good, looks like I'll have to get a console. if pes is the same on console as it is on pc, looks like fifa on console is better(:/)

edit: after playing a little more, this game ******* sucks ass.

Well 15 stadia, 5 of which fantasy stadia, and no english stadia at all.

Playing in the same venues over and over is gonna be boring.
