[Note to the admins. I thought very hard about the best place to post this, and I have deliberately not done so to the Editing forum, because this utility cannot be used to edit anything, just to report on player attributes and various aspects of careers]
Folks.
For the past four months I've been working on a utility to extract player information from both FIFA.DB and career files. This has branched out to include producing HTML reports on most aspects of a career, including league tables, fixture lists, squad lists and (something that you definitely can't get in-game) scoring leaders in league and cup competitions. I've not offered this utility to the public because it runs from a command line, but Hambo persuaded me to write a GUI front-end and to make my work available to everyone, so that I am doing.
Before letting the program loose into the big bad world outside I'd like to recruit half a dozen beta testers to sanity check my work and offer suggestions for improvements or extensions, so if you'd be willing to help out then please send me an email to:
cesspitts at hotmail dot com
(replacing the at with an @ and the dot with a . obviously) detailing which OS you are using, whether or not you are using a modified FIFA.DB and how the database was modified.
To see some examples of the HTML output from the program follow the links on this page:

and to see the public side of the discussion with Hambo, take a look at [thread=121626]this thread[/thread]
