Patch CL & EL in first season

I bring you my first patch, making CL & EL in the first season possible for certain teams.

I've tried creating the groups of this year as good as possible, replacing teams that aren't in FIFA with good teams from top leagues. This might result in a team playing in CL in stead of EL sometimes though. Another issue of my first patch is that the CL-groups are always random, but the EL-groups are always the same (and correct to a certain degree). I don't have a clue how that is possible, but I don't consider it to be a major problem.

Sorry, no graphics added. It's just the league itself and the ability to play it in the first season. I think you can add those graphics with CM, though.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I'm not a pro at editing or making patches, but since nobody made a CL-EL-patch, I did it myself.

Nope, I can't. In CM it's all correct, but remember it's still a beta version. I'll probably release an update when CM is getting less buggy, maybe with qualifying matches too. I'll see what I can do about logo's and stuff too, then, though I think I'll be needing some help for that.

@arkapd; I'll do that when I make an update. For now you can try doing it yourself in CM.

It wont work using only CM (by checking "appearing in Tournament mode") because of two reasons:

1. The country of the tournament (Rest of the World or even ENgland) is not working

2. The UCL or EL information are stored in mm_rtsg only, not in tourn_licensed or tourn_licensed_stages, the current CM does not automatically inserts the reqd data in the last two tables (may be that is the reason World Cup or any other international tournaments are not cracked)

Could be, haven't tried it yet. I'm sure it will become possible once CM is fully working. Worst case scenario we'll have to duplicate the tournaments and/or place them in some country. We'll see, and I welcome all the help I can get on this 'project'.

I tried to make such a patch with an older version of FIFA, but in the second season of manager mode, when I won the double (League & Cup) in Holland, my team plays the Champions League ánd the Europa League.

Doesn't this patch have this problem?

No, I created a new league. The only problem you'll be having is that you don't automatically qualify for next year when you are the winner of the cup.
