First export with CG File Exlplorer and then try to resize ball_coeff and ball_nm to 1024x1024 or 512x512.
If that dont work, try replace positions of ball_coeff and ball_nm in rx3 file.
If that dont work, try replace positions of ball_coeff and ball_nm in rx3 file.
