it only takes Photoshop and passion for what you're doing mate. nothing else. if you love editing (not only FIFA, image editing in general) you can easily learn how to use Photoshop descently

you can't convert a fifa16 model to fifa15, the only thing you can do is edit a fifa15 model to look like the fifa16 model..
