Option File Error

I have the x-box version of winning 11-8 and my option file has randomly errored 3 times in the past 3 weeks for no apparent reason. Has anyone experienced this and happens to know what causes it? It gets frustrating.

p.s.- it's not the online bug because I don't play on the internet.
