opening in new window problem

I have just reinstalled fifa but when I click play it now opens up in a new window (with the min,x at the top corner. This slows everything down and I can still see the fifa box at the bottom of the screen on the links. (like ive pushed the windows button on my keyboard)

How do I get it to run properly and open up without all this
