Any news on how Mendoza is doing in training?
Does he seem to be adjusting well?
Has he played any friendlies yet?

Pffff il est sur la liste des transferts mais personne veut l'acheter... En tout cas respect au PSG, vous nous avez bien enculé sur ce coup là :funny:

Mendoza is training since 1 week. I think he still has to work to be ready for the first game against Bordeaux considering Niang will be suspended. Normaly he'll play tonight against Lorient on friendly, we'll know a bit more about his health ;)

Mendoza made his debut in a friendly for Marseille yesterday.
Anybody know how long did he play and how he did?

He played 18 minutes at the end of the game. He played well and showed good abilities with Mamdou Niang. He has to work more to be ready next week, he'll be helpful for our left wing this season with his technical capacities and his hand game.

Good game even if we lost.. It doesn't really matter, it was the first game for Lamouchi, Mendoza, Delfim, Andre Luis and other players were a bit tired afer Intertoto Cup. Lorient scored quickly and we didn't find the way to score. Mendoza showed some abilities in a few minutes, Lamouchi played well as Andre Luis.. Next gale in Interoto Cup tomorrow in Satde Vélodrome, Marseille against Young Boys Berne.

    Transfers:

    - Yannick Quesnel (Benfica) to l'OM
Second keeper of Benfica signed with Marseille for one year on loan. He'll be 2nd keeper until Barthez's comeback.

    - Rudolf Skacel to Hearts of Midlothian (Scotland) on loan
Czech International Skacel leaves l'OM to go to Scottish League for one year loan with an option for a transfer after 1 season.

    - Lucas Daniel Segovia (Rayo Vallecano B) on try
This young forward is on try with our second team for 1 or 2 weeks. He has already scored for his first game. I hope he'll do as Koke and Taiwo who played for 2nd team last year and who are now important in first team.

"I will never play for France again as long as Henri Michel is manager. Don't speak any more about him. It's a choice between Michel and me. I would like it to be known that I think he is one of the most incompetent managers in word football. I am not far from thinking that he is a bag of shït."

    INTERTOTO CUP

    3rd Round
Amazing goal by Samir Nasri (H)

Video from 2 games vs Berne:
    OM - YB Berne

    Semi-Finals
Good game. Lazio maybe played a bit better than us but we succeed in scoring 1 goal away.

Fantastic game :rockman: :clapwap:  3 goals in 5 minutes. Wilson Oruma, Mamadou Niang and Franck Ribéry did a huge game (H) Mendoza scored a goal and played well, our attack Mendoza - Niang - Ribéry is very interesting.

    Final
Marseille will play against La Coruna for the Intertoto Cup's Final. 1st game at Riazor next tuesday, 2nd game at Vélodrome 2 weeks later.

We didn't played well in this game. Bordeaux was better and they deserved the victory. We didn't have any opportunities to score, it's too bad for our first game in Ligue 1, especially at home...

Second defeat in 2 games... Another bad result. This games looked like the one agst Bordeaux. No opportuinities. Lens was better, we missed our game again. Next week against Lyon, Mamadou Niang, our principal striker willl be on the field. With Ribéry too, I hope we'll win our first game.

6 games in 17 days because of Intertoto Cup..:( And we'll play against Lyon for the next Ligue 1 game, after a final in La Coruna. August is a very hard month for us, I hope we'll get more points we can to be confident for the rest of the season..
