It would make your career file imcompatible if you add or edit stuff concerning players, teams, tournaments, etc. But adding graphical elements like new kits (3rd, gk, etc), balls, fonts, etc. doesn´t harm your career at all.

reinstalling the game is the only thing that worked...
not even restoring the database wasw enough.

I don't have a db folder after installing FIFA12, and I don't have the file "fiifa_ng_db.db" either, what's going on?

it is advised to backup this file before I can use Creation Master 12...

I know. But it works only if you don't save before closing CM12. Even if you didn't make any change, if you click save button, it overwrites the db file so it is not the original file anymore.

I don´t really know what´s going on in your CM 12 but no matter what graphical stuff i add, my career file doesn´t crash at all.

Because CM doesn't support this feature at this time. You are trying to replace default skin that is used by thousands of players.
To add a skin, you have to put the rx3 file directly in body folder and use Revolution Mod to assign it to the player.

Mine too doesn't crash when adding graphics. It does only if I modify the db

I added some minifaces with CM and tried to open my old Career Mode that i started with original DB. I couldn't because that Career got corrupted so i reverted to original DB... After that, i opened that Career again and those minifaces that i added in CM appeared in game o.O o.O And i could play Career with no problems! Idk how the fuq this worked...

Adding graphical things (all kind) don't need db to be saved (File>Save) so stop overwriting your db if you want to continue your career.

Well if you add a 3rd kit for example, you do have to modify and save the db.

If you change the kit table with DBMaster instead of CM12, the career will still work, even if you saved the DB.

I have a problem... When i try to import a FIFA11 face .rx3, instead of 3d face some kind of 3d wall shows up filled with face textures o.O The message that .rx3 was converted shows up, but it doesn't work.

I have created new players but all of them decrease their ratings instead of increase during the career. That also happens with edited players. Is there a solution for this?

Can someon please help me? I am new at CM 12 and thought was getting the hang of it when i changed a number of in game faces. I did another batch of players and none of the new ones are showing up with the new faces (accessories i changed are also not showing as changed!) but the ones I did previous are?!

Would anyone be able to help with what they think my problem is with this and if poss how do i fix it?
