Downloading them both, the patch should clear the game of some bugs. Nice to see that now the training goal will now have a bigger influence on the player development, it took ages for the players to improve their skills. Glad to see that the GK will finally come out of the goal, that he won't get goals from crosses and that if someone shoots outside the box and there are some of his team-mates around (that do not touch the ball) the goal won't be canceled because of an imaginary offside.
Edit: I've just installed it and it's great! it tweaks the game very well, you can now select the units to be displayed in the metric system, the database is bigger, the players get their real former clubs in the field that's usually empty, they also got some new player photos (Mutu, for example), and many other options related to tactics, training (yes, the player development is way faster now), gameplay and many others.
