It can be both. You will have to be up-to-date from v3.06 though.

We should get in touch with the author (including us, the Russian community here) and tell them how much of a god's work HBZ has been doing for the last 5 or so years and how nice it would be of them if they granted official access to the few kits HBZ needs to complete the Russian league.

@Harry BullZak , I want something from you. When I used the v2 Turkish Language file last year, there was no problem in the menu, but when I used the v3 Turkish Language file, the menu was corrupted. That's why I replace the Turkish language file in v2 with the one in v3 and play like that. Could you please update the v4 Turkish Language file?
