No, I haven't cracked it yet. I just think it is worth mentioning that these things are being inestigated whether or not they get finished.
That would be sensational. If we were able to add audio snippets, then we might actually take audio from later versions of FIFA, convert it to the correct format if necessary, that would blend with the existing commentary perfectly, since the commentator is the same, just new player names have been added.

STATUS UPDATE - 07/11/2021

I am very happy with the progress. I am not going to talk about the release date but I am confident it will be released well before the new year. This season the mod will be released in parts that allow for further expansion. More on that later.

Notes (these may or may not change by release):
The first release may not include fully complete kits for all created teams, not in FIFA 22. Updates to kits will be released as and when available.
The Stadium version (STAD) of the DB may become an HD version, which includes higher-quality graphics. You may require up to 100GB of free disk space for this version.

All this progress... All the amount of work which has been going in the past few weeks... All that build up...
We are witnessing something extraordinary here, and it's not just about updating an outdated game, we are far beyond that...

You my friend are redefining all our concepts of how things could be carried out, you are setting a new limits for how dedicated a person could get about doing something and for the level of professionalism one could reach during that without any commercial boundaries or profitability thinking.

You are truly one of your kind and I am so glad people like you still exist in this extremely materialistic world.

I am looking forward to the new format of the UEFA Competitions. It needs a little more testing until I am totally happy, but it's looking good so far.

If anyone is skilled at making scoreboards and would be interested in making new versions for this season, please DM me.

and i have a suggestion for you that is you can give the V4 of FIP and then in V4.1 or 4.2 you can give 2021 winter transfers because Mbappe might go to real madrid as the news is going on about him if you don't know...

Hey @Harry BullZak Fantastic progress since the last status update, really appreciate everything you're doing keeping FIFA 14 still alive!

Anyway, to my point. I was impatient and went and looked for other 21-22 season patches out there, I found tashee.x00 21-22 season update. I tried and downloaded it. It was quite tricky to install because not all of his files were actually good, for example if I included his crack and language files into the FIFA 14 main directory, the game wouldn't even start etc. But all of the 'data' files were alright, which is the most important thing. After a few hours of tinkering I finally managed to sort out which files were causing problems and which were the right ones to keep from his patch, so the game would run and have his update installed.

Anyway, I was really impressed with his update: most of the big transfers done (others I edited with CM14), the only downside being El Sadar of Osasuna was a black stadium, and the dlc file - the career mode actually starting in 2020, but transfers and player contracts, faces and kits are up to date like it was 21-22 season, so I didn't want to screw up the game in any way for the sake of that one season by changing the dlc file, so I went along with it and started playing in 2020, mostly simming the first year. And now i'm playing the second season, I've got to say it's a great update, I'm very impressed.

Especially liked three things:

1) The grass and the pitch looking very nice and greener, stadiums look more full color than they ever did, even in your previous updates.
2) I was most impressed by this one: beautiful aerial cut scenes of all the stadiums before the lineups of the match are revealed, and added cut scenes after a goal is scored. I saw this for the first time ever playing FIFA 14 and it was a very nice surprise and the game looks so much more fresh with these cut scenes !
3) Player faces (his update has like 30.000 new faces, even players like Pedri having a real updated face and looking really nice).

My question is, considering you apparently worked with him on his update (your name was in his credits), and since his update takes 86GB of disk space (I have installed 80GB of it), and you said your update will also take a similar amount of disk space, will your update have his graphic stuff in your 21-22 update? I do have his update installed right now, so I'll try to figure out which files to keep for those three things to stay in the game even with your update installed to have the best of both updates, since yours will without a doubt be more organized and a true 21-22 season with also ECL included and other stuff, but I really love the GRAPHIC stuff from tashee.x00 and will try to keep that too.

I wonder if you know exactly which files are the ones, that cover these three things. I know the player faces files, which covers number 3. I'm just wondering about the grass and pitch being this full color and especially the aerial cut scenes files, which files are they? And can/will you include them into your 21-22 update?

The Fax you told about him are going to be in FIP 14 V4 before new year and will be even better than tashee's one so sit tight and wait.

I didn't work with tashee.x00 at all on anything. I don't know why he is mentioning my name. Probably because his YouTube videos will be removed for using FIP assets without permission. Which I will look into.

Regardless, these elements can be included in FIP it simply comes down to how much it affects the performance for those with low spec PCs. Hi-Res grass for example can have a very high impact. The same with cutscenes and aerial views of stadiums. So I will look at performance first.

I highly doubt that the mod has 30,000 new faces. It may have the 20,000 additional Generic faces that were released for Switch converted by Dmitri or possibly taken from FIP14 v3.

By aerial cutscenes, do you mean the ones which shows up only in career mode when the league table pops up, or do you mean like actual aerial view, like the ones from FIFA 14 Next Gen PS4 (which I think is not possible)?

The first one. Before the league table pops up. But they are really beautiful cut scenes, it's kinda like the second one here, but closer to the pitch. There's also one from the stand's view, like if you were at the stadium, looking at the pitch, plus some new cut scenes also pop up right after you score a goal and are celebrating (the camera kinda goes a little farther away, and the angle of it is kinda like the Broadcast camera in game is). It's kinda hard to explain it, but I think I actually explained it pretty well, so you get the gist of it. I will try and take a screen shot while in game (when I'll play later today) and post it here, if it will let me (couldn't do a screen shot when in game NBA2K14, never tried it before in FIFA 14).

The video you're looking for on his yt channel is titled FIFA 14 Next Season Patch 2021-22 Season update latest transfers fifa 14 mod 22 Megapatch (I won't post the actual link here, because I don't know if it's allowed but you should find the video pretty quickly with those key words into youtube's search line), the links for download are in the description (it's made of 12 parts, 23GB disk space, but after you extract it, it goes up to 86GB!)

If you do decide to download it, here are some tips from my installation:

Don't extract it into the main directory right away (I did that mistake when I extracted for the first time), but do it to a new created folder (anywhere you'd like in your computer), because the installation of his patch/update is quite tricky, as you can't take everything from it (actually just from the 'Game' folder, you can take everything else from the patch). But as for the 'Game' folder, I had to spend quite a few hours to figure out which files were safe to put from the 'Game' folder from the patch to the 'Game' folder in the main directory, for example I didn't use his crack and data files (I did use the data folder, but not the data 1-8 files) to overwrite the original one, because when I did at first, the game wouldn't even start. Let me give you a better picture of what i'm talking about.

This (the screen shots) is my 'Game' file in the main directory right now, and these are the files that are in it (from top to bottom). Now this is a few hours's work, you can see from the file's dates, that some files, like the crack and data 1-8 are from 2013, so these are the files from the original game installation, those I didn't use from his patch, but just left them in from the original game installation, but as for the other files which are from 2021 (all the folders and some files more down), and some at the end are actually even from 2009, these are copied from his patch. It was quite tricky to figure out which files I can take from his patch and copy into the main directory 'Game' file and which I can't, because the game doesn't start then.

And I think I actually got a little lucky at the end too, especially since when I finally got it right, it was 3am and it was actually my last try to try and making it work before giving up and deleting the whole patch, but this is now my 'Game' main directory file and the game does start, and it's got FIFA 21 theme and the purple background menu, plus in game cut scenes and the nice grass. You do have to start your career in 2020 (It's in the dlc file, and I didn't want to mess with it, because the career would then probably crash, because the schedule of games and opponents in the league is the same as it was in 2020 in real life, but the db is actually from September 2021, with most of the transfers (all the big ones) done, other transfers (like for example in his db James Rodriguez is still at Everton) and anything else I wanted (for example I created Gavi and Nico as new players, cause they weren't in the db from his patch, but are now when) I fixed using CM14 (and then delete the existing dlc file and copy a back up default dlc file from his patch, this is standard practice, if you change anything with CM14). And it seems to be working, at least for now. I'm into October 2021 (so the second season) in my current save and it hasn't crashed yet.

As for the cut scenes and grass I actually had to start playing the career to see it, there isn't any screen shots outside of the game. You can see it too, but you have get through installing the patch correctly first, which like I mentioned, was very tricky. As for the files in the main directory, I'm actually still figuring out which files are the right ones, that do the grass and the cut scenes, I do suspect the two selected files in these two screen shots, 'pitch' and 'true grass' (maybe 'turf' too) are probably the files who make the grass look so nice, as for the cut scenes, I still have no idea.

If you want to play 2021-22 season as badly as I did and can't wait until Harry releases his update, and don't mind a few hours of grinding and moving different folders and files from your created new folder, in which you extracted the patch, to your main directory and the other way around, all while trying to run the game and seeing if it runs, go to the video I mentioned, download the patch from the links in the description, and try to follow my screen shots when copying folders and files from his patch into your main directory, it's pretty visible by dates which files are from his patch and which are left there from the original installation (explained in the previous paragraph).

As for the grass and cut scenes screenshots, I will try and take a screen shot while in game (when I'll play later today) and post it here, if it will let me, so you can see what I'm talking about, but otherwise there's no other way than to download and install the patch correctly and start playing, like I did!

Can u pls post screenshots about the grass and cutscenes
