REGARDING RELEASE DATES

Is it true I can release a mod that is based on the latest FIFA earlier than I do? YES
Could I have released a FIFA 22 mod this season before FIFFA 22 was officially releasd? YES
Would that make many people happy? YES
Is the mod in a state I could release it today? YES
Would my YouTube channel be more popular if I did lots of updates? YES
Would other channels and websites use that base to build their mods? YES
Do I mind this? NO
Would it give people something to play whilst waiting for the big mod? YES

Lots of reasons to release a mod early. So why don't I?
  1. I have given release dates before and I have often not released on that day for one reason or another.
  2. I do not work just on FIP 14.
  3. I grew tired of people waiting to use the mod for making money so do not wish to give them an advantage. Do you understand how frustrating it is to see YouTube channels that update my mod have double my subscribers and earn more money when they have no involvement in the creation of FIP?
  4. Every season I look to try and do things that haven't been done before. From visual like new body models and themes. Audio like new commentary. Game enhancing changes like playing all leagues in Career Mode, to hidden stuff like HBZ Career mod, Revolution Mod updates.
  5. Then there is the really hidden stuff like testing new software. Building new scripts. And other things like new methods of creating elements quicker. Cleaning the previous season mod. Updating player IDs. Getting access to new files. Updating league names, managers, stadiums and also helping to manage others who contribute to the mod from all over the world. All of that stuff takes time. Which is the one thing I don't have.
So to answer the question. I prefer to do all of that stuff before release.

Usually...

Previously I have waited until the mod is almost a 'finished product' before releasing. This meant that almost everything has to be complete before release. Which takes a long time. In fact last season I didn't finish everything I had planned. This season will be slightly different. So please be patient as this season is going to be a bit special.

Wait a second...new commentary? Did you really made a new commentary? I thought it's impossible.

Thank you for all the work you're doing and for the explanation! And I'm also glad you can be civil about it, unlike some people (Ianfifa).

And like I said, I'm sure it will be an amazing release either way, hopefully soon as possible, can't wait!

friend to close the topic and not fill this topic with irrelevant things, if it was impolite like you, you can see that several of you think the same as me when you like my comment because it seems to me your comment was the wrong one, this is the last thing I go to say and simply to continue supporting the community either with content and with encouraging comments

No, I haven't cracked it yet. I just think it is worth mentioning that these things are being inestigated whether or not they get finished.
in the second version of the FIPv2 mod, I remember there were new comments to the players (such as Saka, Smith Row, Maitland Niles, Tierney and some other teams), maybe it wasn't the original voiceover of the names, but it was so similar to hearing. I think slowly everything is possible)
wink

Sadly probably not before the New Year at least. Shame really. Not that i'm ungrateful for everything that he's doing and when he'll eventually release, i'm sure it will be amazing, but I just wish he did the main things (make it so it's the 21/22 season and latest transfers) and released early for those who want it. I mean at least 80% of us almost certainly don't care about adding new leagues, national teams and other minor changes, which probably take him the most time anyway.
Hello, for people who followed Harry's work last year, you know he spent a lot of time and energy (too much) to make the most amazing FREE mod of FIFA 14. So, it will be better to send him positive messages to approve this work. Or better, to give a hand to help make his mod. That's my case, I'm not an expert for modding but I help creating rosters and if more people help him it can be easier for him. At least not sending negative messages for someone who spend hours and days to give you for FREE an amazing mod.
Thanks.

One question, I installed some DeBuDDi patches, when your long-awaited patch comes out, I have to uninstall those patches, since they have errors or will installing your patch fix those errors?

hahahaha these types of comments are the ones that should be ashamed, that is, someone who takes their time to update FIFA and for free share it with all of us and you want to tell them what to do and what not to do and when they have to launch it does that seem correct to you? The mod is his and that he shares it with all of us when he has to share it, I suppose that he is a person with a life just like all of us must be more respectfuld.

you should stop taking attribution for the majority of the forum, because I'm sure many don't think the same as you
If it weren't for Harry, nobody would take the trouble to update the FIFA 14 to 100%, we have to thank him for the good performance, he is a crack.

The patch will be all in one as I always think. Harry, I would like to know if there would be any possibility of adding the Peruvian league (Liga 1 Betsson), if necessary I could help create the players if it is (CM15) or in some other program indicated, but I would like this league to be playable. Anyway, thanks for always updating FIFA 14.

I agree with you . Most of the effort is on building a body model very similar to FIFA 22 and changing the angle of the celebration
