I'll try to explain even though English is not my native language:
The trick to continue downloading is to "generate a new file". First go to the download folder link, now for each individual part right click and get link. Open it in another browser tab, and on the right side add it as a shortcut to your drive account. Once inside your drive account, create a new folder and put that file in there. Now to that created folder that has the file inside, right click and download. This will cause a file to be compressed again that will include the one we are interested in. When you finish downloading, delete that folder from the Drive and repeat with each file you occupy. It takes time but until you have another server is the way to get it.

I already downloaded everything, I would be missing the stadiums but I think I already have them from the previous mod.
