It can be both. You will have to be up-to-date from v3.06 though.

We should get in touch with the author (including us, the Russian community here) and tell them how much of a god's work HBZ has been doing for the last 5 or so years and how nice it would be of them if they granted official access to the few kits HBZ needs to complete the Russian league.

@Harry BullZak , I want something from you. When I used the v2 Turkish Language file last year, there was no problem in the menu, but when I used the v3 Turkish Language file, the menu was corrupted. That's why I replace the Turkish language file in v2 with the one in v3 and play like that. Could you please update the v4 Turkish Language file?

I don't have problem with people using my work and put on theirs profile, it can't be stopped, but at least be a man and give credits or don't try to be arrogant with work made by other.

Maybe Harry you can release the Russian PL with last year's kits for the missing teams, and those of us who care will import the 21-22 ones themselves
