Arsenal already bought a great goalkeeper, his name is Fabiański.

Last year wasn't his best season, but I think he brings much needed experience to the team and has proven with Chelsea and France that when he plays well he's one of the best defenders in the world. It sucks how Campbell leaves and he has an injury free season and we get Gallas and he has a decent season at best with lots of injuries.
Exactly, they bought some talents, or maybe good players. But they didn't bought fantastic players, they only sold one.pede54;2361512 said:He was talking about Gallas shouting his mouth off about wanting to leave Arsenal because they, (according to him) have no prospect of success unless they buy some established players. Which they have not done by the way.
Gallas needs good players around him to look good and he is afraid he's gonna get found out at Arsenal. He is no more loyal to Arsenal than he was to any of his previous clubs. He has a history of whinging and sulking.
Gasp...a post of Pede's that...I can't find...anything...to disagree with?!?!?!?!pede54;2361512 said:He was talking about Gallas shouting his mouth off about wanting to leave Arsenal because they, (according to him) have no prospect of success unless they buy some established players. Oh and, I think we should expect a lot more of 4-3-3 if we don't sign another striker/winger.
And with Sagna signed we may see Eboue on the wing more often... dunno if this is a good thing though. You reckon his mentalness would work better in attack than in defence?
Lehmannnnnnnnn
Sagna Toure Senderos Clichy
Gilberto
Fabregas
Rosicky
van Persie Adebayor Eduardo
I want something like this. Maybe switch Ade out, put RvP in the middle and play Theo on the right. Maybe.

Ade, if he could work on his finishing and cut out some of the flashy stuff that he tries to do and rarely comes off, could become a very very good player. Right now he's an okay striker who does too many tricks and flicks that (mostly) result in nothing. I love his work rate and stamina though.

Lehmann
Eboue Toure Gallas Clichy
Hleb (or Walcott) Fabregas Gilberto Rosicky (or Walcott)
Adebayor R.V.P
I'd also like to see more playing time for Diaby, Djourou, and obviously Walcott.
justhammy;2365207 said:I still think Adebayor is a bit robotic. The way he moves and stuff. He just isnt convincing. I would put Eduardo infront of him anyday. Let alone Anelka if he comes.
