Offical patch download issues

i tried to download the official patch with EA download manager and in get the following error message
SSL Protocol Alert
The SSL protocol version that your browser uses is SSLv2 and it is not compatible with the server settings.

Please try the following:

- Check the SSL protocol settings on your browser for SSLv3/TLSv1 protocol support and enable the same.
i use firefox browser i checked the settings and its ssl 3 TLSv1 already set up
anyone had the same problem pls help
