I have the following..

P4 2Ghz
1Gb DDR
ATI-1650Pro 512mb (don't know what that is equal to for Nvidia)

I have to play the game in LOW graphics setting , anything above that and I get frame rate hits that speed up the game that has the ball and players going about the pitch anywhere from x1.5 to x2 what they would do in normal speed.

Strange thing was I had the demo running smoothly on HIGH graphics setting with the skip frame rate and vsync boxes ticked. But the same setting on the full game and its not worth playing.

that said, in LOW graphic setting though the player and ball move in normal time, the graphics are that bad its not worth playing. I play in WIDE cam as Celtic in Wide you can't tell if the kit has hoops it looks one colour and blured. The same thing happens in WIDE cam but not as bad, but though you see the hoops it looks as though the colour is bleeding.

This game will only run at normal speed in MED or HIGH settings if you have a really good PC. I though mines was not to bad as game such as World In Conflict and Call of Duty 4 look and play really good. And COD4 with its billowing smoke and RPG vapour trails and muzzle flash and whole lot happening on screen with building taking hits cars burning you name it runs smoothly and looks amazing even on my PC..

Take a one colour piece of grass and about 7 or 8 bodies max on screen at once with only about a 3rd of the grass pitch on display at anyone time and you have frame rate problems with anything above the Lowest graphics setting???

Cheers for the reply, Im running on low settings at the moment with a geforce 5200 and it is awful, so anything is going to be better than that. Ive heard quite good things about the 7600 gt but i havent really got a clue when it comes to graphics cards.

a 7600gt will play this game no problem..i had a 7600gt last year until the fan broke (far too much counterstrike source!), now i have a 8500gt, and the 7600gt is better than that..youll be fine if u have at least 1gb ram..512 mb might make it run a bit choppy...

I have it, a great graphic card.
But be sure to have a big ram, because sometimes, when I use high details and high definition, the game goes a bit slower in the goalkeeper area..

This is what i have,

Hp pavilion dv9055ea laptop

Microprocessor 1,66 GHz Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor T5500 met Intel® Centrino® Duo Mobile-technologie
Microprocessor Cache 2-MB level 2 cache
Memory 1024 MB DDR2 667 MHz (2 x 512 MB)
Videographics NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 7600
Videomemory 256 MB dedicated
160 GB 5400 rpm (2 x 80 GB) harddisk
Display 17-inch WXGA+ high-definition BrightView screen (1440 x 900)

Worked great on the demo in high settings, but only in 800x600 resolution.
Got the game yesterday, and played again in high / 800x600 with none of the boxes ticked (like frame skipping)

Plays much smoother then the demo did. I'm only getting slowdowns after a foul, it takes the ref a while to blow the whistle.
Other than that i would say great card.

Will try the max settings tonight..
