I think your kit is very nice, the design is excellent 
, just i think it's too dark ...
For the logos, the Adidas logo is Perfect, for the Nike i think it's too classic with stars ... you must make a update for that and the yellow colour it's not very cool

and about the adboards, patching is illegal on PESFan.com so all the editing is done using the in game editor. adboards cannot be edited but I just posted the image (with credit to Dennis) to show what you guys are doing...
