but, what I saw from pes 14 until now, animations look smoother and more realistic than in fifa, body models are a little bit better, stadium/atmosphere is better (than in fifa pc version, ignite version makes it better, but have too less impressions from that)

And I love pes replays, that look far better than in fifa.

FIFA's Impact Engine creates better results in very much better variety. Adding of momentum and ball physics made me choose FIFA this year. The thing I don't like it, Instead of going a more "simulation" direction, PES is getting closer to FIFA's gameplay, which was obviously arcade-ish past years. PES menu and the general art style of the game is terrible. No aesthetics. Graphics are better in PES, though: the uncanny valley. Faces look terrible. Better graphics doesn't mean a good looking game I guess. I like older PES games. By older I mean 2010 etc.

+1 for everything. I only meant the players moving animations.

but see above pes 2014 Bale!
Haha, I understand you are trying to respond some body that was wrong in making a comparison, or it will the same wrong in judging a game.
FIFA 14 correct kit model like PES14 there is only on Next gen toy edition, the player needs an uniform not a body paint; I dunno EA wants to make it or not, they just want the money.. http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2013/09/fifa_14_on_3ds_is_officially_just_a_kit_and_roster_update
This is an era of revolution soccer game, not to mention past expectations when the King has really come back.
Sorry for my writings; it "bing" mistaken...

IMO PES 14 is most inproved comparing to last year. The graphics are better (i admit that some faces look like they are made from play-doh but there are others that look far better than FIFA14) I love the animated kits (they look like those from nba 2k). Also the animations are improved(most of them...some are better than fifa).
Unfortunatelly PES feels a lot like an unfinished game(a new game comparing to fifa), feels like 50%, while fifa, despite being just an update (pc, xbox360,ps3), is almost perfectly polished and on the long run can ofer more.
Conclusin.....graphicaly PES has more potential, but finaly the gameplay decides....FIFA. Maybe next year we will see a new FIFA for PC and a polished PES!

Even though PES has the worse gameplay it is still a fairly fun game, The UCL and UEL Licensing makes it worth playing. and the presentation of the game is really well done.

This is coming from a FIFA fan boy.

PES is a huuuuuge improvment over last year but has a long way till it gets to fifas level.

FIFA 14 took a long refinements since FIFA 11, its take long time development with the same engine until now,. game revolution trend and has been missing since ignite comes with unpleasant aromas; the money ...
PES 14 we will see will be the same or not to the process of development, even though I'm optimistic because they have a loyal fan base to develop their own games and a lot of tools available for it. EA is very exclusive to keep their gaming database..
Sorry for my bing.
