That would be nice. I think he's been milking injuries and acting like they're the root cause of his horrible decisions...

Wait, on second thought, I hope not. Watching tv would be unbearable if he died... let's hope he retires mid season, the media circus is there for a couple of weeks and he falls into obscurity.

Only to announce his comeback the next game. Farve is getting to be an old act.

On the other hand the NY media is ejaculating over the prospect of both NY team meeting in Cowboy stadium

Did i say Cowboys? (H)

That would be an epic win for him in more than one way.

And thanks to the Packers for shutting out the Jets last week. (Y)

Sanchize is a joke. It's amazing to me that he's convinced so many people he's good. I feel the same way about Eli Manning, but compared to Sanchize he looks like Peyton.

Eli? Seriously how many times does Eli have to play well to convince you guys? His QB ratting so far is 151.00 against the Sea-Hawks.

The Giants are balling btw. (H)

THe Pats were starting to look good. That is until today when they managed to get blown by the Brown. I mean the Browns haha

That was the worst game I've seen the Pats play overall since maybe '02. I couldn't make it through the whole game.

Pats made the Browns look like the '85 Bears.

I hate to admit it, but Eli is legit. Although he had no business winning a SB (yes, it still stings), but he's a top 10, maybe top 5 QB.

Eli is not that good. Peyton, Brady, Roethlisburger, Brees, Rivers, Rodgers, (Vick, Schaub, Romo). If he's top 10, he's #10. Which isn't that good.

Rodgers is the most overrated player in the league at any position. I would take Eli over him if I was starting a franchise today in a heartbeat.

I think after Forehead, Brady, Brees and Roethlisberger, the level at the position drops off, so it's very subjective. I like Rodgers, and he seems like a great talent, but he hasn't done anything yet to warrant so much attention.

Rivers is a great statistical QB, but he turns the ball over a lot, plus, again, hasn't really done anything.

Vick, Schaub, Romo, Rodgers all fall under the same category.

So I would put Eli as #5 if that were the case.

He has some playoff wins under his belt.

You are wrong and your franchise would suck.

Says the Packers fan...

Get back to me when Rodgers has done something other than pleasing fantasy owners.

I might be a bit bias because the Pats own the Chargers in the playoffs. (H)

LOL at you saying Rivers turns the ball over too much as your reason why ELI MANNING is a better QB.

As far as Rodgers... QBs can't win games on their own. Not Rodgers' fault that his defense leaked like a sieve against the Cardinals, and it's not his fault that apparently it's perfectly legal to commit penalties against him. The fumble to end that game was a CLEAR penalty on the Cardinals defender, but Rodgers is the only QB in the league who isn't protected to a ridiculous degree.

Maybe if he didn't hold onto to the ball WAY TOO LONG so often, some of that stuff wouldn't happen.

It always seems like whenever I watch a Packers game, I see a perfect snap from center, great protection from the o-line, Rodgers dropping back and sitting back there for a good 3-4 seconds then scrambling around and finding nobody. That can't be all on the WRs can it?

I'm having the weirdest fantasy ever. After starting 4-0 I went 0-4 over the next four weeks then bounced back with a 50 point destruction this past week (90% of my points came from two players and my D). The beauty of a 14 team league.

Shifty has yet to get over that NFC Championship game, where Eli marched the Giants past his Packers in the frozen Lambeau field. Truth is i would want Eli in a big game over most of the NF QS not names Brady, Manning, Big Ben or Brees. All the others including the highly overrated Rogers are water under the bridge.

And half of Eli's picks have been tip offs from his young core of receivers so that is a failed argument.
